Paths Group

Different paths can be created in the Path group. The user can create Open, Closed, or Circular paths. To activate a path, the user can select it from the Object Tree. Paths can be used to create Path Animation. Upon clicking any path function, a message will appear in the Message area, asking the user to start picking the path points. Approve and decline icons will appear at the top left corner of the 3D area to end selection.
The user can create paths as points in 3D or on plane.
The paths toolbar (as shown in the first image above) contains four buttons:
  • Composite

2. In this dialog there are two methods to pick points: in 3D or On Plane, select on plane then click OK.
 3. In the message below, you can create paths by three ways: Line Segment, B-Spline or ARC Line, select B-Spline.
 4. Now, Start drawing the path on the plane, click on any position in plane to put the start point, then put the second point etc. When you finish, click OK.

  • Generate From 2D: create a 2d path from the outside edges of the 3d objects.
