About Inventor importer for Maya Plugin

The plugin enables Maya users to import and edit Inventor models inside Maya. The plugin imports parts, and assemblies (*.ipt, *.iam).

 

How to use the plugin

Installing the plugin adds the menu SimLab to Maya.

   

To import Inventor files, click Import from the SimLab menu, and the Import window will open.  Browse for the folder with the Inventor file to import.
